The single-board Odroid-XU4 PC by Hardkernel, released in 2015, has got its new modified successor, called Odroid-XU4Q, which allows to construct devices for smart houses and Internet of things. There are no profound changes, though. A new version obtained a rather large sized (40 х 40 х 25 mm) heatsink instead of a low-profile fan. Such a solution makes the PC operation completely silent.
The board is based on the Samsung designed Exynos 5422 processor; the chipset is built on the ARM big.LITTLE architecture – it has four Cortex-A15 cores with up to 2.0 GHz clock speed and four Cortex-A7 cores with up to 1.4 GHz frequensy. The integrated Mali-T628 MP6 controller provides graphics processing.
The novelty from Hardkernel features 2 GB of RAM, a microSD card slot, one HDMI 1.4, one USB 2.0, two USB 3.0 and Gigabit Ethernet interfaces. The flash module capacity can be equal to 16, 32 or 64 GB.

Fujitsu introduces a new line of monitors that dramatically improve desktop PC ergonomics. The line is represented by three models: universal B Line, stylish X Line, and professional P Line. If compared with the previous generation of monitors designed by Fujitsu, these monitors are characterized by a faster startup activity, brighter display, heightened resolution, and more power-efficient operation. The latter is of crucial importance, since a new series consumes 60% less power than older models.
All three models are targeted primarily at corporate clients who spend the whole day at their PCs. According to the developers' words, monitors with 22-27 inch displays are the most suitable options for a prolonged work, since their ergonomic facilities (eye-care friendly, functional stand that allows changing the height and pitch of the display) ensure comfortable work during long hours on end.

potrošnja energije. Gotovo sve najnovije verzije procesora opremljena mehanizmima za uštedu energije, kao i zaštitnim funkcijama. Prvi cilj bi se smanjila potrošnja energije pri različitim stupnjevima opterećenja za CPU, a drugi pozvani braniti čip od pregrijavanja pri povećanju napona/frekvencije isključivanjem blokova pri maksimalnom opterećenju ili jednostavno;
ispravljanje pogrešaka kroz nadogradnju grafičke ljuske - BIOSUpdate. Ova opcija uključuje prijenos softver mikrokod iz BIOS-a na cpu u slučaju otkrivanja grešaka u radu PROCESORA. Najčešće greške prepoznate od strane developera i kako bi ih uklonili objavljuju ažurirane firmware sučelja.
