SilverStone Technology, a Taiwanese designer of high-performance cooling systems and steel/aluminum chassis, is going to supplement its production line with a new PC case SG05-Lite that joined SilverStone Sugo series. An official release is scheduled for early May and the manufacturer has already unveiled the recommended price for the product: about €33. The case is developed in mini-ITX form-factor and features 276x222x176 mm dimensions. PC case SG05-Lite is made of stainless steel but for the frontal panel that is made of plastic. The model will be available in two color variations (totally black and totally white) and will be beneficial for the assembling of high-efficiency but small-sized systems. Zalman, a well-known manufacturer of CPU coolers, PC cases and graphics solutions, introduces three new graphics card models, codenamed GeForce GTX 600 D5 OC VF1500, GeForce GTX 660 Ti D5 VF1500 and GeForce GTX 660 Ti D5 OC VF1500. All three models are equipped with a brand two-slot VF1500 cooler. Its framework consists of four heatpipes which transfer heat from GPU surface to an aluminum heatsink. This heatsink is accompanied by a couple of 92 mm fans, the maximal rotational speed of which achieves 1500 RPM. If compared with a reference cooler, VF1500 reduces GPU operational temperature at 25 degrees (from 81 to 56 degrees), producing 10 dB less noise (26 dB vs 36 dB). 
Transfer efficiency of the thermal energy flux from the CPU to the cooling liquid in the circuit depends on the water unit. The AlphaCool Company, being famous for its liquid-cooling system components, has presented a new water units series, called Eisblock XPX. They’ll take the place of the previous model, NexXxoS XP3.
