LG Electronics announced an UltraWide 34UC89G PC monitor, mostly intended for gaming purposes.



This 34” wide-screen novelty has a curved IPS panel with the 2560 × 1080 pixels resolution. Conectar el pc a la red de internet no se puede hacer directamente sin ayudante – módem. Módem (modulador-demodulador) es un dispositivo que convierte la señal de línea de un proveedor en datos digitales reconocidos por el ordenador. Para la instalación de la señal entre la línea de la red y la pc de hoy en día utilizan los diferentes canales (líneas de tv por cable, teléfono de línea o estación base, los operadores de telefonía móvil) y los especiales de controlador de módem.

Modernas módems, presentan una amplia variedad de modelos con diverso diseño, el funcionamiento y el tipo de conexión.

Por una parte el diseño de estos dispositivos se dividen en internos y externos. Los modelos internos se conectan directamente a la placa base en el PCI enla ranura y no tiene su propia fuente de alimentación. Ellos no ofrecen un alto rendimiento y no permiten el control visual de los parámetros de configuración.

Los dispositivos externos que están vestidos en su propio cuerpo y tienen la fuente de alimentación. Se conectan a la computadora a través de COM o USB puertos y permiten el control visual de las condiciones de conexión, gracias a la presencia de indicadores de actividad.

En cuanto al principio de funcionamiento de los módems se dividen en hardware, donde todas las operaciones de transformación de señal se realizan por el módem y el software, donde por esta función responde a la cpu del sistema de la pc. Para asegurar la estabilidad de la conversión de entrada/salida, basta con descargar gratis el controlador de módem.

Por último, por la parte de conexión de los módems se pueden clasificar en cinco tipos: canales por cable, analógicos, teléfonos celulares, radio y conexión ADSL. El primer dispositivo de tipo para la conexión a internet utilizan la televisión o el cable coaxial, el dispositivo segundo tipo de cable telefónico, el tercer tipo de protocolos de comunicación celular GPRS/EDGE.
